The character of a Christian is revealed in everyday life.
 Christ said, “Even so, every good tree produces good fruit, but a bad tree produces bad fruit.”
 Our Redeemer compares Himself to a vine and His disciples to the branches. He clearly says that anyone who wants to be His disciple must bring forth good fruit and then shows how those branches can bear fruit.
 'Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, no more can you, unless you abide in Me.'
